Solution: Default to being human. I spotlighted a high achiever struggling with self-doubt and exhaustion and let my audience fall in love with resilience.

A Gentle Nudge Toward Empathy
Challenge: How do you get managers to evaluate their own processes’ effect on other people? And keep it relatively painless?
Solution: Combine plain-spokeness with a unique metaphor to challenge the viewer. The viewer will decide for themselves whether their processes are optimized. Or they won’t. Either way, they will consider it.
