Challenge: Introduce a new ladder safety procedure using a detailed but short video to explain the new steps. The video must be easily digestible but follow strict legal guidelines.

Audience: Mainly front-line supervisors and technicians

Solution: Gathered a group comprised of subject matter experts and a video editor. We followed the ADDIE structure for the project and, after analysis, I began scripting. Once accepted, the script was handed off to the video editor. The group convened to make sure they were no problems and the video was handed off early.
